Chinese Metaphore.

Hello Dears.

This outfit may have nothing to do With China in a way but the elegance of the yellow and black color together and the mix of prints and fabrics I just don't know why but it made me think of some kind of old travel to China in the late 50s.

Naming a circa is always hard not because I don't have any idea, but because I have too many of them ! Haha.

And sometimes people don't see the world as I basically split it in terms of fashion generation. Of course, fashion is something so intense that it is like a circle, but a creative cycle.

You can mix the eras and this is what I love.

Here I really wanted to mix not only eras, but also origins.

We are in Paris, but it is like a lost building owned by China itself. A museum perhaps, I don't know it was closed at the time. But I find it incredible. It is like finding a dinner in Germany !

Which is now, most pretty likely to find I believe.

A 40s Agent Carter look...

Pour celles qui ne se remémorent pas tellement les années 40, je pense qu'en regardant le film Captain America... Et la splendide Agent Carter avec son style rétro mais sobre, vous vous rappellerez de suite l'époque.

Bon bien sur, il y a plein d'autre films à voir si ce mouvement de mode vous inspire. Mais je suis un peu feel et en y pensant c'est le premier film qui me vient à l'esprit !

'La voleuse de livres' sort bientôt d'ailleurs, j'aimerais savoir ce qu'il rend.

For those who don't remember or even don't know really about the 40s, I simply think that you can recover it watching Captain America... And the beautiful Agent Carter With her classy and casual mix on her style.

Well of course there is plenty of other films to watch if you want to see some of this fashion.

But I'm kind of a geek so I'd like to mention that one !

I saw there is 'the Book Thief' coming out soon... I haven't watched it yet.

Comme vous pouvez le voir, je ne suis pas habillée qu'en vintage, mais grâce à de grandes enseignes... Chez lesquelles on ne se doute pas qu'il regorge parfois de petite perles rétro !

As you can see, I'm not wearing a total vintage look, as I also have some famous brands... But who knew There is sometimes such great things hidden in these big stores !

Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas Kenley Collins est une désigner américaine branchée vintage et rétro, et ce qu'elle fait est vraiment très, mais alors dire très-très , c'est même pas assez, beau.

J'adore les motifs, les coupes de ces vêtements, enfin bref elle a un style certain et en plus elle est adorable.

J'ai reçu pour mon anniversaire, il y a quelques mois maintenant une combinaison à roses, je la trouve juste splendide mais bien que ça ne se voit pas tellement en photo... Ce n'est pas tellement pas taille.

Vous pouvez donc shoppez sur ebay en vous gardant des frais de change et de lointaine destination, cette magnifique combi, pour laquelle je verserais une larmichette si j'arrive à la vendre mais bon c'est comme ça , mon but n'est pas de mincir mais plutôt de faire du vide dans l'armoire !

SheInside Review

Hi dears ,

Today I'm going to review something I was not really happy about. Sometimes it happens!

Well I'm not proud to have let myself buying clothes on a sort of Chinese made clothing, I know.

But I think when I love a picture of a dress that I really want to own I cannot stop myself !

Stupid I guess.

Anyway, in the parcel that arrived yesterday morning; I had two lovely dress ordered.

One really nice, houndstooth and velvet, which I m looking forward to shoot so I can show you how it's like.

And the other one... Well, too tight firstly and well... Not finished ! The sewing wasn't complete, there were threads everywhere, the little pearls on the collars could have fallen in a second.

I'm not angry or upset because I know, now I won't let myself get trapped in something like that anymore. I know, I should have let my feelings about vintage ad to only buy some quality clothes that last in time, and not some sort of material in which if you come close to a candle you burn fully ! 

Haha, no seriously, I was a bit disappointed cause the dress seems nice on the website...

Haha, for the non-speaking French it's a term for fluffy, faux-furred cloath( also 'toupet'but no worry I'm not speaking of this).
No , seriously guys. I love this trend.

I've been fond of it, starting from last December when I saw my Grandma on Skype and told my auntie  that I wanted the same fluffy hairy jumper!

L'hiver nous pousse à l'arborer et c'est une tendance de la saison. On veut de la MOUMOUTTE!
Non sérieux, j'adore le look que cela apporte. Je crois que je l'ai aimé depuis que j'ai vu ma Grandma sur Skype, et j'ai de suite dit à ma tante que je voulais le même pull tout fluffly et à poil.

I bought this pastel light blue in a vintage shop it's all made of Angora and is really nice to wear.

This are the kind of jacket I love, a nice brooch on it and it's lo-ve-Ly .

J'ai acheté ce pull dans un magasin vintage de Paris, enfin plutôt une fripe. Mais à mon avis le gars ne savait pas tellement ce qu'il vendait vu la qualité du poil Angora, et le prix peu cher que j'ai payé.
Ce gilet MOUMOUTTE rose pastel est lui de chez H&M, mais avec une belle broche il perd l'aspect commercial de sa provenance et devient juste trop mignon.
